Agony for Andy: Murray loses Australian Open final to Djokovic by three sets to one

Andy Murray's golden dream of history-making double grand slam titles is over after a four set loss to Serbia's Novak Djokovic.
The world number one rallied from a first set defeat to overcome the Briton in the Australian Open. Murray earlier came through some nervy moments to claim the first set of his Australian Open final against Djokovic in a tie-break.
But Djokovic put the match back to level in the second set and then triumphed in the third and fourth.
The champions were initially evenly-matched, steadily trading blows in a series of long rallies, but Murray began to falter immediately after the Serbian drew level.
The British number one would have created history if he had triumphed in Melbourne as no male player in the Open era has followed up winning their first grand slam title by also winning the next available major crown.

Murray, 25, was the first Briton to reach three Australian Open finals after winning a five-set thriller against Roger Federer on Friday.
However, Djokovic has the upper hand in their head-to-head record - with the Serbian now having won 11 of their 18 meetings, including the final of the competition in 2011.

CHRISTINE AMANPOUR TO INTERVIEW PRESIDENT JONATHAN TONIGHT

That's right! Christiane Amanpour, one of the world's most honored broadcast journalist must be digging deep at the moment as she gets ready to interview the President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan.

Confirming what seem like a rumour, she tweeted on her twitter page @camanpour
"My interview with President Goodluck Jonathan of #Nigeria will air at 2100 & 2300 local Nigerian time on Wednesday night. @cnni"

Known for her bluntness and brutal confrontation, the interview tonight is said to be a moment of revelation as President Jonathan goes under the pressure of the prolific CNN broadcaster.

Many people has shown concern about the impact of the interview on Nigerians, and to observe some of Amanpour's tweets - "After Mali and Algeria, can #Nigeria get a grip on its own Islamic militant group? I'll ask NIGERIAN PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN Wednesday!"

One might be quick to say that she's getting Mr. President ready for the hot seat. Whichever way it is, many are of the opinion that the credibility of Amanpour cannot in any way permit a staged interview.
