President Obama, a few hours ago announced Hillary Clintons replacement as secretary of state, as Mr John Kerry, a former contender for the presidential seat. Mr obama made the announcement amid speculations that the senator would be a perfect candidate for the job. Mr obama eulogised the senator, who was a former vietnam war hero will be the new secretary of state, owing to Hillaries ill health.
