For those of us who enjoy free credit, and other such incentives, this is bad news.Nigerian Communications Commission has with immediate effect placed a ban on any of such promos and lotteries from the Nigerian market. This they say is to create a level playing ground for all the operators, and to regulate services.
I am just wondering, what am I gonna do? I was really expecting to win MTNs jet oooooo.
